What Is ISMS Awareness Training?
ISMS Awareness Training is a one-hour, self-paced online course that teaches employees how to protect company information and respond to everyday security risks. The course covers four core topics: what an Information Security Management System (ISMS) is and why it matters, safe computing habits like spotting phishing and using strong passwords, physical and building security steps such as controlling visitor access and securing devices, and how to communicate during a security emergency, including who to notify and how to report an incident.
The course takes about one hour to complete and ends with a certificate of completion, which employees and organizations can keep on file to help document annual training.

Recognizing phishing, ransomware, pretexting, and social engineering attacks. Password hygiene, device security, screen locking, and acceptable use of organizational systems, email, messaging, and data.
Module 3 - Physical and Building Security
Access control, visitor management, protecting equipment and physical documents, tailgating risks, and maintaining a secure workspace.
Module 4 - Communications During an Emergency
How to recognize a security incident, who to notify, approved reporting channels, escalation paths, and how employees should respond to external or media inquiries.
