Overview

This course is designed for employees (non-managers/leaders) in the state of New York. It covers common misconceptions about sexual harassment and provides guidance on handling harassment situations. Our training is designed to help employers comply with New York State and New York City legislation aimed at combating sexual harassment and sex discrimination in the workplace. As mandated by the 2018-2019 State budget, all New York employers, regardless of size, must conduct annual training for employees and implement a written non-harassment policy.
Participants will learn about workplace rights and responsibilities, gain a thorough understanding of New York’s anti-harassment laws, and explore practical steps to foster a safe, respectful work environment.

This course is offered by 360training. HIPAA Exams is a 360training company.
