You can find your certificate of completion in three easy steps:

1. Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN on the top right corner of your screen. If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.

2. Enter your username and password, then click LOGIN.

3. On your Dashboard, select GO TO COURSES or MY COURSES (depending on the learning system). You will find your certificate by clicking the VIEW CERTIFCATE icon or PRINT CERTIFICATE under the course name.

You can print it or save the certificate as a PDF to your computer or mobile device.

To access your course:

• Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN on the top right corner of your screen. If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.

• Enter your username and password then click LOGIN.

• On your Dashboard, select GO TO COURSES or MY COURSES (depending on the learning system) on your Dashboard to view your course(s).
  OR
  Find your course on the screen and click the course title or play icon to open the course player.

• Complete your course at your own pace. Be sure to SAVE your progress if you need to exit the course before you complete it.

If you have been locked out of your course due to validation failure, you will receive a ‘Course Locked’ message with instructions so you can unlock it.

1. First, click UNLOCK MY COURSE.

2. You will receive an email from support@360training.com with a link to reset your account validation questions.

3. Click the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link in the email.

4. After clicking the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link, you will be redirected to a webpage where you can edit your details for your validation questions. Then, click UPDATE.

5. Your course has now been unlocked. You may now go back to your account, launch your course and continue through the training.

Your browser tends to hold onto information (cache & cookies), and over time it could cause problems with logging in to your account or bringing up the website. It is recommended to clear the cache and cookies on your browser often.

Please find below the steps on how to clear the cache and cookies on each specific browser:

Google Chrome Browser:

• On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.

• You will get the ‘Clear browsing data’ page. Click Clear Data.

• When it completes loading, open another Google Chrome browser and try to log in to your account.

Mozilla Firefox Browser:

• On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.

• You will get the ‘Clear All History’ pop-up page. Click OK.

• When it completes loading, open another Mozilla Firefox browser and try to log in to your account.

Internet Explorer Browser:

• On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.

• You will get the ‘Delete Browsing History’ pop-up page. Click OK.

• When it completes loading, open another Internet Explorer browser and try to log in to your account.

Microsoft Edge Browser:

• On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.

• You will get the ‘Clear Browsing data’ page. Click Clear now.

• When it completes loading, open another Microsoft Edge browser and try to log in to your account.

If clearing cache and cookies does work, you may try to use incognito (or private browsing) browser to log in to your account and access your course.

360training courses are compatible with all major operating systems and devices, including Windows and Apple computers, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads/tablets, and mobile devices.

Browsers
360training courses are supported on all major internet browsers such as:

• Google Chrome (Latest version) *Highly Recommended*

• Mozilla Firefox (Latest version)

• Microsoft Edge (Latest version)

• Internet Explorer (Version 10 or higher)

• Safari (OS X) – Many students successfully use Mac computers for our online courses without issues. However, we recommend downloading and installing the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience. While Safari can be used, it may not fully support our course player, and our technical support team may have limited ability to assist with Mac-specific issues.

Screen Resolution
Screen resolution should be 1024 x 768 or higher and cookies should be enabled. The Learning Management System (LMS) relies on JavaScript for the ability to generate interactive pages. You must have JavaScript enabled.

Course Materials
Some course materials are provided in PDF format, so you’ll need a PDF reader to view them. Additionally, some content may be embedded in QuickTime format, requiring the QuickTime plugin for viewing.

Adding users and enrolling them in courses require manager level access. We offer two types of manager access and provide instructions online to assist you in managing your team’s training:

1. Limited-Manager access can be obtained at no cost and has the basic features of a manager's access such as:

• Manager can create profile/account of an employee

• Manager can enroll/assign courses to the employee’s account

• Manager has the ability to print the completion certificate of the employees 

2. Full Manager access is suitable for larger businesses and offers additional access and reporting features. Some of the most popular features are:

• Manager can monitor course progress of the employees, course completion status and much more by accessing the detailed ‘Reports’.

• Manager can review course consumption (courses ordered, courses consumed & remaining courses)

• Manager can add users/employees via 'Invitation' feature.

• Manager can create a 'Training Plan' fit for their business needs.
